That’s right, we made it to the top BP2C Companies for two years in a row! This was a huge milestone as BP2C is a popular award recognizing companies committed to providing the best working environment for Software Development and Information Technology professionals.

This year, we embrace with love our social initiative, “ClickersforGood,” whose main purpose is to positively impact the community through concrete and sustainable projects to create a culture of corporate social responsibility among us Clickers.
We had wonderful activities where we shared joy and beautiful moments with communities. We are committed to continue spreading kindness for even more causes in 2024.

DevOps Bootcamp: Developing Exceptional Professionals
We held our DevOps Bootcamp 2023, where our bootcampers prepared for their professional journeys as DevOps Engineers for eight months.
Nine bootcampers graduated; their unwavering thirst for knowledge in DevOps and their motivation to initiate their careers in the IT world have been the cornerstones of this remarkable achievement.
Yet, this achievement was reached thanks to the generous investment of time and knowledge of our dedicated DevOps Engineers at ClickIT, who tirelessly imparted their expertise to our Bootcampers.
Congratulations, Clickers and Bootcampers. Now, they are at the beginning of their DevOps career path. Cheers for that!
MasterIT: Tech•Inspire•Transform
Our MasterIT didn’t disappoint us at all; it was an amazing week of innovation, knowledge, and enriching experiences.
We held 4 conferences at the most popular Universities in the city, with topics like the path to success in software development, cheat codes for DevOps engineers, and what you need to know about engineering culture; we also presented an AWS webinar about how to build Cloud Native applications which was a huge success, held by one of our Sr DevOps engineers and an AWS representative.
We eagerly anticipate the next edition, where we’ll once again come together to shape the future of IT.

In the thrilling year in review, one of our significant milestones was the introduction of our Customer Satisfaction Department.
This strategic initiative was born from our commitment to deliver outstanding customer service. As we welcomed this new department into our Clicker family, we set the stage for a boosted focus on customer delight, creating a path towards stronger connections and elevated satisfaction. The engineering department had a year full of achievements, starting with the 20 new customers we had, where eight of them shared excellent reviews on Clutch with 5.0 stars, a perfect score that reflects the commitment and experience our engineers deliver to each project from DevOps, software development, AWS infrastructure, form SaaS platforms, and staff augmentation, our customers were more than happy with the results.
This makes us proud of our dedicated developers, who continue to drive our engineering department to new heights.

In addition, we created a new video edition called “Beyond the Code,” where our teams of developers shared their experiences, challenges, and technical practices of their projects; we invite you to take a look at our first one:
We still have more to share.. our visionary team released three landing pages: Software Product Development, Custom Software Development, and Healthcare app development so that you can find relevant information about each service.

HR Year in Review
It’s the time of the heart and warmth of the company, our HR department! This year, they held amazing initiatives and activities demonstrating that they always think of us Clickers.
First, we had our first International Clickers Day, which was celebrated by fun activities where our Remote Clickers could share a bit of their Culture with us; in this video, you can see one of them, where our Clicker from Venezuela shared with us how to make “arepas”
Also, our Talent Newsletter was a huge success this year. We have grown by more than 50% in subscribers, which encourages us to create more cool and relevant content for all of you who want to continue growing your IT professional career.
In addition, our HR team held an initiative called “Prevention Week,” with very interesting conferences for our financial and health life to prevent any event that the future holds for us, which was very useful for everyone; we appreciate your commitment to always wanting the best for us, thank you HR!
Sales Year in Review
Last but not least, our Deals wizards ran the show this 2023; with their dedication to seeking new opportunities, they achieved great things, such as their Old leads re-engagement campaign and optimizing the process of the prospecting platforms.
Their strategic vision and ability to turn opportunities into victories have undoubtedly played a key role in the success story of our company’s year in review.
