Our team participated in CREtech New York 2026, that took place on October 20 and 21 at the Javits Center in New York City. The real estate technology event revolved around AI and how Real Estate and PropTech are putting it to work.

What is CREtech New York?
CREtech is a two-day conference focused on AI in commercial Real Estate. People already deploying AI across their portfolios lead the sessions, so the conversations start from real operations.
The program covered how AI is being applied across the industry. Sessions ranged from how large institutional firms are positioning for what’s next, to how companies move AI from experimentation to real implementation.
The leaders of the industry were present, such as, owners and operators, real estate and workplace teams, investors, and the technology companies that build for them.
ClickIT in the Real Estate and PropTech Industry
We build software and turn AI initiatives into production for Real Estate and PropTech companies.
The main industry challenges revolve around workflow, system integrations, or platform limitations, and the application, data, and AI work is defined around them. Covering different industry areas.
- Leasing and tenant experience. AI agent solutions that answer leasing questions, schedule bookings, handle tenant communication, and take in maintenance requests.
- Data and reporting. Common solutions are real-time dashboards for occupancy, NOI, pricing, retention, and property performance, along with AI search across leases, work orders, property records, and manuals, so teams get answers directly from the source documents.
- Integration and modernization. Real Estate companies run property management, CRM, accounting, and IoT systems, and solutions in this area connect AI capabilities to them.
Others include property management platforms, leasing and transaction systems, and legacy platform modernization, with security controls around property and resident data.
ClickIT at CREtech: Team Lessons
After Blueprint Las Vegas in September, CREtech was the second Real Estate event our team attended this year. These are a few things we learned:
- AI moving from experiments to real implementation is a recurring theme in the agenda. We heard how companies decide which use cases go live first, and what they need in place before that happens.
- Property management, leasing, accounting, and IoT platforms rarely sit in one place. Conversations with owners and operators showed us which systems they run today and where connecting them gets difficult.
- The startup demos gave us a quick look at new products for leasing, operations, and tenant experience. We were able to see which problems these companies choose to solve.
It was a pleasure, CREtech!
