ClickIT at Blueprint Las Vegas 2026: Real Estate, AI Agents, and the Future of PropTech

Our ClickIT team took part in the latest edition of Blueprint Las Vegas, September 2026. Over three days, real estate and construction executives, technology companies, and investors came together to discuss the technology being adopted, the results it delivers, and where the industry is heading.

What is Blueprint?

Blueprint is the annual summit for the Real Estate and PropTech industries. A space “where capital meets execution” and it follows net operating income (NOI), and technology that produces measurable results at its core.

The agenda covered construction, property operations, and transactions. With sessions about AI in leasing and maintenance, the data infrastructure behind it, how operating models are being redesigned, and where PropTech capital is heading.

ClickIT at Blueprint 2026: Main Takeaways

Our team came back from Blueprint with a clear impression: PropTech and commercial real estate are still finding the best uses for AI in their operations.

Among the most discussed topics we find; the role of AI agents across different operational phases and the concept of AI workforce solutions as a need in the sector.

The team also identified an interesting challenge on the horizon.

“One of the main challenges in PropTech, where human interaction drives results, is getting AI to deliver efficiency and speed without removing the human side that remains vital.”  – Juan José, COO

The expertise  of attendees made those conversations easier to have and learn from.

ClickIT’s role in Real Estate and Proptech

Events like Blueprint give our team a close view of the systems real estate companies run today and the results they expect from new technology in the AI landscape.

Their feedback and conversations shape our work with PropTech platforms as we continue taking part in these conversations.

At ClickIT, each project starts from a specific workflow, integration, or platform limitation. From there, we define the application, data, AI, and work around the systems that fit each endeavour best.

In real estate, that work usually concentrates on four solutions:

  • Leasing and resident experience: AI agents that handle tenant communication, leasing questions, bookings, and maintenance requests, along with the tenant and resident applications they connect to.
  • Maintenance and property operations: assistants that classify maintenance requests, prioritize urgency, and route work orders to vendors or operations teams, supported by predictive analytics.
  • Portfolio data and reporting: centralized data that feeds real-time dashboards on occupancy, NOI, pricing, retention, and property performance, plus AI search across leases, work orders, property records and manuals.
  • Integrations and modernization: connecting AI capabilities to existing property management, CRM, accounting, and IoT systems, and modernizing legacy platforms, with security controls around property and resident data.

A huge thank you to the Blueprint team for such a warm welcome, and to everyone who stopped at our booth to talk with us during the event.
