A recruitment-focused startup partnered with our team to develop a self-service hiring platform that uses AI to match job seekers with relevant positions. The goal was to simplify hiring by automating candidate evaluation and reducing time-to-hire through intelligent ranking and streamlined communication.
Requirements
Build a web application for both companies and candidates, providing self-service interfaces for job posting and job searching.
Integrate a WhatsApp chatbot to collect candidate data in chat.
Automatically generate candidate profiles from the collected data and allow candidates to edit their information.
Utilize Generative AI to match applicants with job listings based on role fit, leveraging AI and NLP to analyze resumes and job descriptions for compatibility.
Our Implemented Service
Developed a responsive web app using React.js for the frontend and Node.js for the backend. This supports separate portals for employers and job seekers while ensuring a smooth user experience on desktop and mobile.
Integrated a WhatsApp bot to interact with candidates for initial data collection and onboarding. Candidates can submit personal details and even videos via chat, and the bot automatically populates their profile in the platform’s database.
Enabled automatic profile creation in the system This removed the need for recruiters to input or transfer data manually.
Implemented AI-driven matching logic using GenAI services to evaluate and rank candidates for each job posting. The AI utilizes natural language processing to compare candidates’ skills with job requirements, thereby enhancing the accuracy of matches and hiring outcomes. Top candidates for a role are algorithmically highlighted for recruiters to review.
