A construction technology startup partnered with our team to develop an AI-enhanced MVP platform integrated with Procore’s API. The solution was an Interactive Blueprint Platform (IBP) enabling users to interact with blueprint elements, track updates, and automate verification tasks. The goal was to extend Procore for construction workflows by adding intelligent tools that optimize blueprint usage and task tracking.
Requirements
- Enable interactivity within digital blueprints (clickable components with linked info and photos).
- Cross-check project data and automate comparisons of task updates or plan changes.
- Maintain full compatibility with Procore’s Blueprint Builder and drawing tools.
- Integrate AI to support document interaction and data verification for accuracy.

- Interactive Blueprint Platform: Built a web-based IBP with clickable blueprint elements, media pop-ups, and version tracking for changes.
- API Integration: Connected to Procore’s API for importing blueprints, syncing task records, and ensuring workflows stay up-to-date.
- AI Automation (Claude AI): Deployed Claude AI for NLP-driven document parsing and smart task cross-verification, automating checklist and approval tasks.
- Security & Access Control: Developed role-based access controls and audit logs to manage blueprint modifications and user collaboration securely.
