My 100 days at ClickIT | Angélica Rodríguez

In this new video of my 100 days at ClickIT, Angélica Rodríguez, our Web Developer belonging to the Development department, tells us a little about her experience being part of this team and the expectations she has with the company.

How did you get to know ClickIT?

I met ClickIT through Facebook, there I saw that they constantly made publications about how they live day to day in the company, such as events, certifications, birthdays, articles of the technologies that they handle and that definitely caught my attention.

What caught your attention before joining ClickIT?

Also, that they offer courses and certifications for us to be constantly learning, I liked the working environment, the culture and the values that they live.

What do you currently like most about ClickIT?

Currently, what I like the most is to be able to be constantly training while working on my project, as well as having the opportunity to communicate in English with the client.

What lessons have you learned during these 100 days?

These first 100 days at ClickIT I have learned that communication is very important because it allows you to solve any problem you might face and also to be in tune with the people you are collaborating with.
