My 100 days at ClickIT Video |Mony González

Hi, I’m Mony Gonzalez, I’m part of the Human Resources department, and these are my first 100 days at ClickIT.

How did you get to know ClickIT?

I met ClickIT through LinkedIn , because of the content they uploaded monthly and weekly to their social networks, and I saw a vacancy in the Human Resources area, which I applied for and the recruitment department contacted me and I started my process at ClickIT.

What caught your attention before joining ClickIT?

Before I joined, what caught my attention was that it’s a technology company, which is a line of business that I wasn’t very familiar with, so I was very intrigued and curious, and it is very cool.

What do you currently like most about ClickIT?

What I like most about ClickIT is the organizational culture that we live day by day, it is a dynamic environment which allows us to have monthly and weekly events and to be able to spend free time with our colleagues.

What do you like most about your job at ClickIT?

What I like most about my job is that I am in constant communication with ClickIT employees, I help them with anything they need and vice versa, they are very open to help you with anything you need, whether it’s a question or a problem, etc. I really enjoy what I do, I like it and I am very happy at ClickIT.

What lessons have you learned during these 100 days?

What I have learned in these 100 days is that communication is very important to be able to perform your tasks within a team or to reach a goal together with your colleagues, as well that the more brainstorming and more people contribute to the same end, the result is much more satisfactory. I have also learned a little about areas of Human Resources that I had no knowledge of and technology issues that help me in my day to day.
